Kalagarh Tiger Reserve is a part of Corbett National park situated just 40 Kms from Kotdwar at the foothills of Himalayas and surrounded by breathtaking mountains, untouched forests and river basins. Corbett National Park, Kalagarh is both untamed and breathtaking.
Corbett Mist Resorts provide experienced guides and all terrain vehicles for a great Jungle Safari experience. The guides are adept at tracking wild animals and know the region very well. Asiatic Elephants can be seen feasting on Bamboo Trees and cooling off at the Sona River. Go deep in the forest and you can spot rare birds, deers, bears and even a Leopard on top of a tree. It’s an ornithologist’s dream, over 600 species of birds can be spotted here as well. A Royal Bengal Tiger can also be spotted if you are lucky.
